This training will support practitioners to explore the term sustained shared thinking with a combination of theory and practical ideas. Practitioners will explore thinking skills and how they link to the Characteristics of Effective Teaching and Learning.   

Outcomes 
After attending this course, you will be able to:

Confidently understand what is meant by sustained shared thinking

Fully understand the importance of developing children’s thinking skills within your provision

Understand the role of the adult in supporting and developing children’s thinking skills through interactions and the environment.

As well as having had the opportunity to reflect on your practice and receiving tailored guidance and support from an experienced Early Years and Childcare professional.
