Outline
This whole day training provides a balance between underpinning theory and practical ideas to support the practitioner’s knowledge and understanding of schematic patterns of behaviour and how this will enable them to plan for children’s learning and development.

Outcomes
After attending this course, you will be able to:

Enhance your understanding of a variety of schematic patterns of behaviour

Identify a child’s schema and use this to inform teaching and planning

Communicate the value of schematic play to parents to engage them in their children’s learning.

As well as having had the opportunity to reflect on your practice and receiving tailored guidance and support from an experienced Early Years and Childcare professional.
