Ele Hibbert:
Equality and Inclusion Adviser

After completing my degree at University, I spent 6 months working in a school in Argentina and exploring the country. Following that, I completed my PGCE and taught in three schools in three different counties. I taught infants and my roles included class teacher, SENCo, Head of Foundation, KS1 Manager. I joined KCC as Early Years Advisory Teacher in 2006.  I enjoyed being Team Leader for Thanet LCSP and worked on local projects with settings and schools. In 2010 I became EYFS SEN Adviser in Canterbury and Swale and am now an Equality and Inclusion Adviser working in East of the County. I completed the Accredited SENCo course and I am an I Can Licensed trainer. I edit the Equality and Inclusion pages of the Kelsi website.

I enjoy singing, music, art, going to the cinema, theatre and tap dancing.  Friends and family are very important to me and I try to spend as much time with them as possible.
